Parekh also spoke about the impact of AI-driven automation on productivity, stating that coding productivity has already improved by 5–15%, while supervised automation can increase efficiency by up to 20%. On salaries, he clarified that the appraisal process for Q4 of the last financial year and Q1 of the current year has already been completed.
