Thanks to the new GST structure, two-wheelers with engine capacities below 350cc are now taxed at 18%, down from the previous 28%. Honda has responded by cutting prices across nearly its entire range — from everyday favorites like the Activa and Shine to premium models like the CB350 series.
However, Honda’s larger imported bikes (above 350cc) will see a price increase, as the GST rate for these has risen to 40% from 31%. The company has yet to announce the revised pricing for these premium models.
