UPSC CDS 2 and NDA Admit Cards 2025 Released; Exams Scheduled for September 14

📢 New Delhi, September 4, 2025 — The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the admit cards for two of India’s most prestigious defence entrance exams — Combined Defence Services (CDS) 2 and National Defence Academy/Naval Academy (NDA/NA) 2. Candidates who registered for these exams can now download their e-admit cards from the official UPSC portal.

Exam Date & Schedule

Both exams are scheduled to be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025, across multiple centres in India.

🔹 CDS 2 Exam Timings:

• English Paper: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• General Knowledge: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
• Elementary Mathematics: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

🔹 NDA/NA 2 Exam Timings:

• Mathematics: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• General Ability Test (GAT): 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Candidates are advised to report at least 30 minutes before the start of each session to avoid last-minute hassles.

How to Download Admit Card

To access the admit card, candidates must:

1. Visit upsconline.nic.in
2. Click on the relevant CDS 2 or NDA 2 admit card link
3. Enter registration ID/roll number and date of birth
4. Download and print the admit card

Important Guidelines

• Candidates must carry a valid photo ID and their printed admit card to the exam centre.
• If the photograph on the admit card is unclear or missing details, candidates must bring three passport-sized photos (with name and date) along with a written undertaking.
• Entry gates will close 10 minutes before each session begins. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

What’s at Stake?

These exams serve as gateways to elite institutions:

• CDS: Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Officers Training Academy (OTA)
• NDA/NA: Entry into the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy for future commissioned officers

Successful candidates will proceed to the SSB interview stage, followed by medical evaluations.
